Schleich Pteranodon

The Pteranodon from Schleich has been hand painted, with it’s all over bone plate armour and tail club. This dinosaur would make a great addition to your collection!

Pronounced TUR-AN-OH-DON

The Pteranodon was one of the largest pterosaurs in the Cretaceous period. The striking bony crest on the rear of its head provided a counterweight to its long beak. It probably didn't flap its wings very often, but instead took advantage of the wind to glide through the air - similar to an albatross.
